The Digital Building Blocks of Your Journeys

Online Appointment Booking

The customer picks an available slot, receives a confirmation and a reminder before the appointment. For the organisation: fewer phone calls, an up-to-date diary and fewer forgotten appointments. Points to watch: ask only for the information that is necessary, and put safeguards around hosting if the tool is based abroad.

WhatsApp With Safeguards

According to GWI/DataReportal, 98.3% of adult internet users surveyed in Morocco used WhatsApp every month in 2025. The channel is unavoidable, but it needs clear rules:

  • notice and consent before any marketing message;
  • approved standard messages for frequent replies;
  • handover to a named human contact;
  • no sensitive data (health information, identity documents, confidential documents) exchanged over consumer messaging;
  • defined archiving and retention rules.

Enquiry Forms

Requests for a quote, a consultation or information. A good form is short, works well on a phone, and tells the customer clearly when they will hear back. It includes the privacy notice required by Article 5 of Law 09-08.

Customer, Patient or Parent Portal

A secure space to upload documents, track the progress of a file or receive results, instead of exchanging them by email or WhatsApp. Protected access, permissions defined by profile, and logging of who has viewed what.

Reminders and Notifications

Request confirmation, appointment reminder, a nudge about an incomplete file: short messages, sent at the right moment, that prevent most things from being forgotten.

How We Choose

We do not sell a list of features. The scoping of each project, based on your clients' journey, shows which building blocks are useful for your journey, and which are not.

Frequently asked questions

Can WhatsApp be integrated into a website?

Yes, with safeguards: notice and consent, standard messages, a human to hand over to, and no sensitive data exchanged over consumer messaging. For high volumes, WhatsApp's business platform is better suited than a single phone.

Does an online appointment booking tool raise compliance issues?

Yes. It processes personal data, which in healthcare is sometimes sensitive. You need to limit the information requested, inform individuals, complete the CNDP formalities and check where the data is hosted.

Do I need every building block to get started?

No. Most journeys improve markedly with two or three well-chosen building blocks. The diagnostic identifies which ones.
