Editorial policy
The guides on kaperx.ma are published by the KaperX Editorial Team. They explain rules and methods, with their sources. There is no sponsored content, no paid links and no advertising on this site. Our guides inform; they do not replace legal advice.
Who publishes
Content is signed KaperX Editorial Team (Rédaction KaperX). KaperX is a brand of Kaper Group. KaperX takes editorial responsibility for every page it publishes. Details of the site's publisher are in our legal notice.
What our guides are for
Our guides are practical guides for Moroccan organisations: companies, firms, institutions and public bodies. They explain a rule, a method or a process, and how to apply it.
They are for information only. They are not legal, tax or regulatory advice and do not take your particular situation into account. For a decision that commits your organisation, consult a qualified professional.
Sources and quotations
- References. A guide's references are limited to laws, standards, official sources, public company documents and published research. We cite no book summaries.
- Quotations. Every verbatim quotation is in quotation marks, with its reference.
- Uncertainties. When a date, an interpretation or a figure is not established, the guide says so and states what remains to be confirmed.
- Changes in the texts. When a text changes, the guides concerned are revised.
Dates of the texts
On guides about laws, regulations, regulators or deadlines, the line "Texts in force as of …" gives the date on which the texts cited were consulted.
Three languages
The site is published in French, Arabic and English, using the legal terminology current in each language in Morocco.
Independence
- No sponsored content. No guide is written or steered at the request of a paying third party.
- No paid links or affiliate links. We are not paid to mention a vendor, product or service.
- No advertising on the site.
Our guides and our services
KaperX also sells digital solutions designed around the fields its guides cover. We would rather say so plainly.
Our guides never promise results and never present our services as a legal requirement. Where a page presents our digital solutions, it is one option among others: the rule it explains applies in the same way whether you work with us, with another provider or with your own teams.
Reporting an error
If you spot an error, outdated information or a missing source:
- Write to kaperx.ma@gmail.com with the subject "Correction".
- Tell us the page, the passage concerned and, if possible, the source that lets us check it.
When a report is well founded, we correct the page. A correction that changes the meaning of a rule, a date or a figure is recorded in the corrections log (in French).
What we do not publish
- We do not invent clients, testimonials or figures.
- We do not publish client references until projects have been measured and the clients concerned have agreed to be named.
- We do not state what we cannot source. When data does not exist for Morocco, we say so.
