Privacy policy
We collect only the minimum data needed to reply to you. We do not sell it, we do not use it for advertising, and you may at any time access it, have it corrected or object to its processing.

The processing operations described below are carried out in accordance with Law No. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data.
The online contact form is not open yet: to reach us, use the email address or WhatsApp number on the contact page.

We do not collect sensitive data within the meaning of Law 09-08. Please do not send us any through the form or on WhatsApp.
We do not send marketing emails without your prior consent.
Who has access to your data
Your data is accessible only to the members of our team responsible for replying to you. It may be processed on our behalf by our technical service providers:
- Website hosting: Vercel Inc.
- Audience measurement: Plausible Analytics
These providers act on our instructions and may not use your data for their own purposes. We do not sell or rent out your data.
If you contact us on WhatsApp, the service is provided by WhatsApp (part of the Meta group), which applies its own terms and its own privacy policy.
Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data: encrypted connections (HTTPS), access restricted to authorised personnel only, and protection of the form against automated submissions.
Your rights
Under Articles 5 to 9 of Law 09-08, you are informed of this processing (Article 5) and you have:
- a right of access to the data concerning you;
- a right of rectification, to have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected, completed or erased;
- a right to object, on legitimate grounds, to the processing of your data, and without having to give any reason where it is used for marketing purposes.
To exercise these rights, write to kaperx.ma@gmail.com setting out your request. We may ask you for information enabling us to verify your identity. We will reply as promptly as possible.
If you believe your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the CNDP (www.cndp.ma (opens in a new tab)).

Changes
We may update this policy, for example if we add a new service. The date of the last update is shown at the bottom of this page.
