What we promise, and what we refuse to promise
KaperX commits to what it controls: the quality of the work, transparent prices, the client's full ownership, independence. It never promises a certification, an authorisation or a result that depends on a third party.
Our vision fits in one sentence: organisations that keep their promises, and can prove it. We apply the same rule to ourselves: every commitment on this page can be checked. In the ethics that inspire Kaper Group, this is the meaning of amanah (أمانة): being worthy of what is entrusted to you, and able to account for it.
1. Why we never promise what we do not control
No honest provider can promise a certification, an authorisation from the CNDP or an increase in revenue. These results depend on third parties. KaperX commits to what it controls: the quality of the work, transparent prices and the client's ownership.
Why not promise compliance? Because it is assessed by the authority, and it changes over time. Our guides inform; they do not replace legal advice.
2. The 10-point ownership standard
It applies to everything we build for you: website, portal, internal tool, automation. It is part of the contract, and handover is accepted only when it is met.
- The domain, DNS, hosting and third-party accounts are in your name and billed to you.
- The code is stored in a repository you own.
- You have owner-level administrator access from day one.
- No hidden KaperX account, connector or licence is needed for the service to run.
- Your data can be exported in an open format, with a data dictionary, and the export is tested.
- Backups are successfully restored by your team during an exercise.
- A clean build and deployment is carried out from the repository handed over, following the documentation.
- Credentials are rotated and KaperX's standing access removed after acceptance.
- Support is optional, priced in advance, with written exit conditions.
- A named owner on your side deploys a change and handles a simulated incident, and the exercise is repeated at 90 days.
Points 5, 6, 7 and 10 form the handover test: they are carried out by your team, not ours. If an exception is needed, for example a third-party service that does not allow an account to be transferred, we write it down before signature, with the chosen solution.
3. A price agreed in advance, tax included
Scope, price, assumptions and options are written in the quote before work starts. No hidden recurring fees: no invoice line falls outside the signed scope. For a contract concluded at a distance, you have the seven-day right of withdrawal provided by Law 31-08 (loi 31-08, art. 36); see our terms.
4. Causes, not symptoms
Every project starts with a written record: what your clients come to do, what blocks them today, and where that comes from inside your organisation. This record is yours, whatever happens next.
5. The 90-day review
Every project includes, from signature, a written review about 90 days after go-live. It answers four questions:
- What has changed, measured against the starting situation.
- What has not changed, and what we understand about it, including when the cause lies in our own work.
- What your team can now do without us.
- The next steps, which you choose to take alone, with us or with another team.
The review is handed to you in full. We draw no communication from it without your written agreement.
6. Independence rule
We never audit a system we designed, built or fixed. A check is only worth something if it is independent of what it checks.
7. No legal advice
We do not give legal advice and do not represent you. When a question is a legal one, we refer you to a lawyer, and we work alongside them.
9. Spotting a false promise
Be wary of:
- “Guaranteed certification”.
- “100% compliance”.
- “Approved by” without a verifiable reference.
- Figures without a method.
If you spot an error in a guide, report it: we correct it and record it in the corrections log (in French).

Frequently asked questions
Can you promise my CNDP compliance?
No. Compliance is assessed by the authority; we build to follow Law 09-08 and document for your formalities.
Can the price change during the project?
Only if you change the scope, and after a written amendment that you accept.
What happens if I change provider?
The exit plan applies: exports, access, documentation and support at the stated cost.
Do you audit the systems you build?
Never. The independence rule forbids it.
Do you show client references?
Not yet: no reference is published without a measured project and the client's written agreement.
