Frequently asked questions
Can results be sent by email?
Not advisable without encryption. A secure patient area, with strong authentication and an access log, keeps control over who sees what.
And by WhatsApp?
We do not recommend it for test results: a consumer messaging app can neither limit nor trace access.
How long should results be kept?
For a proportionate period, set by the laboratory and declared; the portal then deletes them automatically.
Can prescribing doctors access the portal?
Yes, if the patient is informed and access is limited to what they need; every consultation is logged.
What does it cost?
The price is stated, tax included, in a written quote before any commitment.
