Only with the patient's agreement, collected and kept, after informing them. Law 09-08 applies to these messages; the portal records the agreement and lets the patient withdraw it.
Is a CNDP authorisation needed?
Patient follow-up falls under a CNDP authorisation model (deliberation D-941). We prepare the technical documentation; the application and its responsibility remain the practice's.
Can patient reviews be displayed?
The texts we verified do not settle this point. As a precaution, we do not add it without the agreement of your professional body.
